Cancellation Policy
If you must change or cancel your upcoming appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours of notice. We would be happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment to a time that is more convenient!
If an appointment is a no show/no call, we will require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the next rescheduled appointment.
We understand that schedules do change and things pop up in everyday life! Should you cancel two consecutive appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, we will require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the next scheduled appointment.
In these specific cases, our team will ask for your credit card information at the time of scheduling your next appointment. Should you book online we will reach out via phone or email to hold the appointment. Should we not hear from you, we unfortunately will have to release your appointment time.
Our clients are our friends and family and we hold you all very dear to us. We are extremely aware that emergencies and inclement weather are things out of everyone’s control and those instances will be taken into account should you have to change an appointment last minute. These policies are just put into place so we can ensure the best possible experience for each of our clients.
